If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us!

We endeavor to deliver what we promise.  We will make and ship a new product as quickly as possible, or refund your money at our discretion, for any problem caused by us or our suppliers, if the product is:

  • Not received within a reasonable period of time,
  • Damaged when you receive it,
  • Does not meet the tolerances or material specifications provided, or
  • Is not what you ordered.

Please notify us within 10 working days of shipping confirmation if your order is not received or is damaged.
If the above does not apply, please contact us anyway, we want happy customers and will endeavour to meet your experience expectations!
We do ask that you be fair to us and take responsibility for your designs, choice of materials, etc. A prototype is part of the design process and usually requires refinement in order to achieve design goals.
We may ask for the defective item to be returned, but please do not send it back unless we tell you to! We are producing made to order products, so returning only helps if we do not went wrong with your order!
